Collaborative Culture is a diversity, equity, and inclusion consultancy that celebrates our differences and co-creates equitable, inclusive practices so that everyone belongs. We support organisations across Queensland and Australia to lead inclusion in workplaces and communities at every step of the journey. Our team partners with you, co-designing pathways that leverage the power of our different abilities, cultures, and experiences. Whether you are already championing DEI in your sector and want to keep leveling up through innovative co-creation, or you’re at the base of the mountain unsure where to start, the Collaborative Culture team is here to help.
We offer expertise in co-design and co-creation facilitation, transformation, project management, senior leadership, people and culture strategy, and change management. We provide evidence-informed strategies and practical tools to develop tailored inclusion frameworks for your setting, helping your organisation become truly inclusive for everyone in your community. Our services range from co-creating high-level inclusion strategies and connecting with your clients and team through lived experience initiatives, to delivering tangible outcomes. For example, we can facilitate the development of your diversity & inclusion strategy and action plans, and support adherence to various frameworks and legislation such as Rainbow Tick accreditation, the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework, or the Gender Equality Act 2020. Additionally, we often co-design practical toolkits and communication assets to sustain inclusive practice long after our engagement.
